What are the package weights for the cabins and cottages?
The weights will vary significantly due to the options chosen for each product.

What are the Foundation Requirements?
Foundations can be of several different types, Slab, Piers, or Walls. Of course if you choose Piers or Walls then a floor must be installed. This is part of our options.

Do the cabins conform to the National Building code (US) and comply with standard local requirements where needed?
The buildings are design according to the National Building Code, and are approved by an Engineer, but will not always comply with local standards. The customer will be required to get a permit for their building using the engineers specs and our drawings which we can provide.

Shipping costs are sorted out by who?
We will provide a shipping quotation to you upon request. Once you have agreed to purchase the product, and after we have received payment, we will prepay the shipping costs.

How can we pay for these products?
Visa, MasterCard, Cheque, Cash but no COD.

How are the packages shipped?
Common carrier. Roadway in the US,  Reimer in Canada.

What do we do when we have problems with the assemble?
We provide detailed instructions and a assembly video with each product
.

Is there one package or a number of packages?
Depending on the cabin size, 2 or more packages.

Do any of the buildings require a crane or scaffolding to erect?
Yes some of the larger units need scaffolding. Yukon, Whistler and Valemount

How many people are required to put it together, ie for the Whistler do I need another person to put it up?
Two people can put the Whistler up in 5 days. You can do it by yourself if you are a little handy. This should give you some idea of the length of time and manpower required for each cabin.

What tools are required for the larger buildings? You say a wrench, screwdriver or a drill is this all you need?
A Handsaw, Rubber mallet (helpful for small buildings also), Pencil, Measuring Tape, Level, Small Square and Hammer is all you need (really).
